The village of Blanc Sablon, Quebec

Blanc Sablon is the Easternmost village on the Lower North Shore. It is connected to the island of Newfoundland via a ferry service to Saint Barbe (see the contact information below). It is also the Easternmost stop for the weekly Relais Nordik ferry (taken in Lourdes de Blanc Sablon) which provides a weekly service to the other villages on the Lower North Shore, and continues on to Natasquan, Sept Iles, and Rimouski Quebec.

The Ferry that goes from Newfoundland to Blanc Sablon Quebec. From Blanc Sablon it is possible to take the road to Old Fort Bay, or to go to Red Bay Labrador on the Labrador side.
