Welcome to the Lower North Shore of the Gulf of Saint Lawrence, or BASSE-CÔTE-NORD, which is a beautiful region located in the province of Quebec, Canada. This web site contains a large collection of information related to life on The Coast, including recent local news, general information on the different villages, photos and videos of the region, and also historical and cultural information. There are also interactive maps for the region, and each of the villages, in case you want to take a virtual tour of the region.

Anyone can add information to this web site, and we rely on contributions for the majority of the information on the web site. If you would like to contribute some information, we would love to hear from you.
